Lisa, our hygienist, has been providing excellent patient care in our Middletown, Ohio dentist office since 2004. Dr. Phillips has been able to witness first hand her warm and caring personality, and her ability to make even the most nervous patient feel at ease. Our patients have already said: "That is the most thorough cleaning I've had, and she was so gentle doing it." For those reasons we are pleased to have this exceptional person as a part of our dental team.

Lisa grew up here in Middletown, Ohio with her parents Rocco and Teresa DiCristoforo, and her four sisters Amber, Monica, Roxanne and Yvonne. With her large family she is pleased to say that they have all remained very close even though they are busy raising families of their own. Lisa graduated from Fenwick High School in 1979, and from the University of Cincinnati in 1981 where she received her Dental Hygiene degree. In 1983, Lisa married her husband Paul, now a captain in the Middletown, Ohio Fire Department. They have two sons Rocky and Adam of whom they are very proud. She enjoys being active in their school and going to all of their lacrosse games.

Tish, is our EFDA, (Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary).  She graduated from Lemon Monroe High School in 1992, and she is a proud Hornet.  After graduation she attended the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology where she received her degree as a Certified Dental Assistant.  To further her dental career, she enrolled at Sinclair Community College where she graduated with honors from their EFDA program.  Tish lives in Monroe with her husband Mike who works at AK-Steel as a Union Electrician.  They have two wonderful children, Hunter and HayLee.  Tish is very involved with their activities which include, soccer, baseball, dance, gymnastics and cheerleading.  When Tish has time, she likes to scrapbook, shop, cook and go camping with her family and friends.

We are so pleased to have Tish in our Middletown, Ohio cosmetic dentist office.  She not only makes her co-workers feel at ease, but her special talent is working with our patients to make them feel welcome and relaxed.  She truly has a gift for restoring teeth so they look very natural.  Since joining our team, we have heard these comments from patients: “You are so gentle”, “I just love you” and “You are so compassionate and friendly”.  With comments like these we know she is a great asset to our practice. 

Brenda along with Amy is one of the first faces you will see when you come into our Middletown, Ohio dentist office. She has said everyone will be able to see she is the youngest in the office by looking at her silver hair. Brenda has been in the dental field since 1990, and most of those years she has spent working along side one of her best friends, Amy. Brenda grew up in Eastern Kentucky where she married her husband Ernie. They have one son Jason who is an Executive Chef at Walnut Grove Country Club in Dayton. Ernie works in quality control for MTR Martco on Yankee Rd.

Brenda’s passion is spending weekends on Lake Erie with her husband and 2 nieces, McKayla and McKenzie. She is also very active in Life Bridge Christian Church. Brenda has a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to dental insurance. If she doesn’t know the answer rest assured she will find it out. When it comes to patients Brenda has that natural ability of remembering something about each one, and she usually knows something about the entire family. Dr. Philips said we are so fortunate to have Brenda because she is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and she will work hard at meeting your needs. Don’t be surprised when you are blown away by her great customer service.

Amy, along with one of her closest friends Brenda, is one of the first faces you will see when you enter in our Middletown, Ohio dentist office. She has a beautiful smile and a quiet, calm demeanor which will make even our most nervous patients feel at ease. She was born and raised in Middletown where she graduated from Middletown High School in 1987. After graduation she entered the dental field, where she has performed almost every duty that is required in a modern dental office to deliver excellent patient care. Dr. Philips said he was fortunate that he was able to witness first hand Amy’s abilities over six years and he trusts her completely. In 1988 she married her husband Richie and they have two children, Tyler and Katie. Richie and Amy are both devoted parents who get the most joy out of watching their kids go Bowling or Soap Box Derby Racing.

Richie works for Changing Paradigms in West Chester as a Freight & Logistics Specialist. Even though Amy is busy raising her two children she still finds time to relax by reading and cross stitching.

We are pleased to introduce Ashley Schiavone, our new dental hygienist, to our dentist office in Middletown, OH. She is the daughter of Don & Maritza McKinney, and she is the oldest of their 5 children. Ashley grew up in Middletown with her brothers, Chris, Brandon, Dylan and her sister Eliana. She attended Middletown City Schools where she graduated from MHS in 2002. After graduation she attended The Ohio State University and earned her dental hygiene degree in 2007.

Patients have commented how gentle she is when she cleans their teeth, and how she is so nice and friendly. We feel we are so fortunate to have Ashley in our office, we are sure you will feel the same way.

When she is not in our office, Ashley and her husband Matt live in Middletown with there wiener dog Harley. They enjoy movies and hanging out with friends and family.
